Housekeeping Services:
The housekeeper is totally responsible for
all house duties including
preparation, serving and cleaning up after
all meals, snacks or drinks, making
beds etc.
During your stay, you may wish to take some
or all of your meals at the house. If
you wish, you may select in advance from a
complete menu provided. In order
for the housekeeper to purchase items for
you it will be necessary for you to
give her enough Mexican money to shop for
the meals you have requested. On
her return, you will receive receipts and
change from the purchases.
The housekeeper will, if you wish, prepare
and serve meals at NO ADDED COST
to you and your guests at reasonable times
which you should specify. Menus
should be selected in advance to permit time
for purchase and preparation.
Personal laundry and cleaning services are
available at a small cost. Please
arrange with the housekeeper.
You will find the staff to be most attentive
and accommodating to your needs. At
the end of your stay you may wish to give
a small gratuity. This is entirely
optional.
We have agents in Acapulco who are responsible
for the operation of the villa
and the staff. Everything will be done
for your comfort and to ensure that your
stay is, in every way, a pleasant one.
RENTAL RATES FOR VILLA "QUINTA ENCANTO"
DAILY RENTAL RATES:
NOVEMBER-APRIL: $200 per day.
SPECIAL OFF-SEASON RATES!
MAY-OCTOBER $175 per day.
RESERVATIONS AND RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS
AN AMOUNT OF 50% IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION.
THE BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
