RENTAL POLICY
50% of the total amount is required in order to 
confirm a reservation and the balance is due upon 
arrival. In case of a cancellation, this deposit is not refundable but will be credited to a future rental rescheduled at the convenience of both parties.
A Security deposit of  $300 per week for long
distance charges and any damages incurred
during the stay will be collected upon arrival
and returned from 4 to 8 weeks after departure
if not needed.
